Geno did a great job of keeping the sale on track when it could have fallen through at various points. He managed the role of realtor for seller and buyer, with seller role being complicated by divorcing sellers. That is not easy, yet he did it with grace while keeping the goals of all in mind. Geno did a prelisting walkthrough with a colleague to offer suggestions on how to stage the house. This was incredibly helpful. Geno offered resources for clearing my dad's estate. Although I didn't end up using them, it was much appreciated. He even mowed the lawn. Thank you Geno for going the extra mile. You are one of a kind!
