I met Lisa six years ago when she was hosting an open-house and my husband and I were considering moving to Orange County from Seattle. Her professionalism and personal charm impressed me. She asked meaningful questions about our needs and interests, provided relevant information about the home she was presenting, and gave us a very helpful overview of the area's real estate market. Even though we decided to postpone a relocation then, Lisa kept in touch over the years, sending examples of listings to illustrate market trends, and offering to help us find a home whenever the time might be right. In early 2022, as a very recent widow, the time had come for me to be serious about relocating. Lisa leaped into action. With me so far away in Seattle, we relied at first upon phone and electronic communications. After she'd gained a fuller understanding of my budget and "wish list", she set up automatic alerts for properties that could be of interest.
