I asked Christine to sell a piece of investment property for me and gave her a very short window in which to do so or it would go back on the rental market. She literally had a full price offer for me the first day it was listed. Since I was out of the area during the week after it was under agreement, she took care of getting the smoke detectors inspected, had a refrigerator removed that the buyer did not want, and did the final walkthrough with he buyer. Christine communicated regularly through the whole process and answered all of my questions.....She made the whole experience was smooth and easy.
