Jill was very communicative with us. Letting us know what documents we'd need prior to finding a house. Minimizing the mad rush to get everything in place when we finally did find the right one. When the bank changed their terms she immediately found another bank to take on the loan with even better terms.
Jill is nothing short of amazing. She works insane hours to help us meet our goals and was easily available at all times to answer our inane questions over and over again. She never made us feel like we were bothering her or asking her unreasonable questions, though I'm sure most of our questions were borderline ridiculous. She anticipated problems before they arose and kept in constant communication with the entire home-buying team to make sure everyone was on the same page. This is our first home purchase and she made an otherwise very complicated process, as straight forward as can be made possible. Jill is easily one of the most competent people we've ever met in our lives. She was so efficient, it was scary. My husband and I are type A neurotic surgeons and Jill met our neuroticism with flying colors.
The "All in one" package is exactly what I was looking for. CMG' s agent was very knowlegable with that product. And answered every question. The one thing I was disappointed with was the constant updates where they needed just one more document. This happened over 8 times. Should have a quick list of what the need at the start if the process.

" After all the issues I have had with out of state lenders and banks and as a successful real estate agent out of the Houston, Tx area I was a bit skeptical when my clients came to me with an out of state lender. But let me tell you how great and professional Jill and her team is; they did a fabulous job getting everything ready for my buyers closing and even had it done and approved 2 weeks before the original closing date. 12/2/2016I just completed a refinance with CMG and absolutely need to write the most glowing review and recommendation for Jill Lyons and Joseph Ferreira that I possibly can! They walked me through the entire refinance process and provided the best customer service experience I have ever had in any personal or professional situation. Joseph was in constant contact either with me when anything changed or when I needed to know about something. He let me know when things needed to be completed and made accommodations for the easiest way for me to do that. Jill and Joseph are honest, transparent, and on top of everything that was going on, which made it such an easy process and allowed me to totally trust CMG. They are ridiculously hard working, efficient, polite, professional, and so kind in everything they do. It's not often that you encounter a team that is genuinely concerned about you and getting things done the best possible way for you, but they truly do!
