This is the second full home loan I have secured through Jill Lyons and her team at CMG Financial. With two loans and one refi behind us, I cannot imagine working with another lender. Not only does Jill and her team make the entire process clear, easy to follow, and as seamless as possible, but also, their commitment to customer service is of the highest order. I could reach Jill and her team over the phone or via email throughout the day or evening for the most strategic or most tactical of questions. They were always keen to respond, to support, and to solve problems. Beyond the process of loan approval, Jill adds additional layers of connectivity throughout the year with messages, well wishes, kind outreach, and recognition of significant dates or events. We've built a long term relationship with CMG and I anticipate mutual continued investment and cultivation of that relationship over the coming years.
Jill and Joseph worked constantly I my, not so easy, loan. Over the top communication and got it closed faster than I thought.
I am not a newbie when it comes to property purchase. This is the 6th property that we have purchased. What Jill and her Team accomplished is extraordinary. They took over our previous big bank lender who jeopardized our loan process. We are 2 weeks away from defaulting on our commitment to purchase and end up losing our earnest deposit. After I fired the bank for their inefficient service, our realtor was insisting that we hire the services of a local Oregon lender but after I spoke to Jill, I decided to stick it out with Jill and her team. And I made the correct decision. I would say putting out fires and resolving difficult issues is what Jill’s specialty is. They closed the loan on time and we are now the proud owners of this property. I can’t say it enough, but thank you very much Jill.
Our home buying journey started 2 years back. As first-time home buyers in ultra-competitive bay area market, having Jill and her team to help us on loan pre-approval and loan closure made it easy. We were introduced to Jill by our realtor. She is super easy to work with, professional, trustworthy, resourceful and knowledgeable. She walked us through the entire process with a lot of clarity answering even smallest of our doubts. Jill and her team were always super quick and responsive when we needed pre-approvals while writing our offers. Occasionally, we even had to reach out to her and her team on weekends and still it was the same courteous support that we received from her team. Even in closing, Jill and her team were always on top of things, following up on multiple things at the same time. She and her team were always reachable when we had any questions. With their help we were able to close very fast in 17 days and it was quite a smooth sail!! We Highly recommended Jill and her team!!
