Mark and the entire CMG team made the process very smooth and easy. Very responsive team and they all answered our questions with clarity without the confusing jargon. Thank you!

Cole and laura were both great with communication and getting my loan closed in within two weeks. Cole and laura picked up my file after BMO bank failed me and made some things work, they kept their promise and I was able to close in time. Anytime I called or emailed them they answered or emailed me back quickly. I had many questions because I was a first time home buyer, Cole and laura answered all my questions without any attitude. I definitely will be doing business with them again if I decide to refinance or buy another property. Again thank you Cole and laura for taking your time with me and guiding me through this long difficult process. Ps. Jacob Lay

Bank CMG did amazing, Jacob Cruze hit a home run. He was very responsive, answered all of our questions which helped us navigate the loan application process with ease.

Overall, it was a good experience; we felt supported and well-advised. At times, I felt anxious about the expenses—being a first-time homebuyer—but when I mentioned this to Haby, she was empathetic and let me know that it was normal to feel that way, while also reassuring me that we would reach our goal of buying the house. That gave me peace of mind.

I have used Dericfor severalmoves now and would not use anyone else for my loan officer. CMG is the best in customer service!!!

It was a pleasure working with and a great group effort with your team as well thanks .

Thank you so much for the great service

W cannot say enough wonderful things about Jim! He went above and beyond in every possible way for our loan and that is not an exaggeration! We had an incredibly challenging loan to process, with complications from many different factors. I think everyone involved was ready to quit their jobs by the time we reached the finish line! 😂 But Jim never gave up. He worked tirelessly, late into the night and even into the early morning hours. We even received emails from him at 4 AM on more than one occasion! He personally reached out to the processors, and underwriters, to do absolutely everything within his power to keep things moving forward. Jim's dedication, persistence, professionalism, and genuine care for us was nothing short of extraordinary. Jim didn't just process our loan. He fought to get it across the finish line! We are beyond grateful and honestly cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone else. Jim is truly great at what he does, and we would recommend him without hesitation! Five stars simply aren't enough!

Jacob was fantastic to work with throughout my first home-buying experience. He took the time to thoroughly explain every question I had, made sure I understood each step of the loan process, and was always responsive and easy to reach. He truly went above and beyond to make the entire process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Buying your first home can feel overwhelming, but Jacob made everything much easier and gave me confidence throughout the process. I really appreciated his patience, professionalism, and willingness to help, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a loan provider.

Great to work with very good at details!
