The decision to select Bryan and Leslie was a tactful business decision based on their impressive initial presentation,, their knowledge about the real estate market and the fact that there were two agents working for me versus 1. Therefore,, if one was not able to show it at a particular time,, the other would be able to cover it. As time went on in a rough patch in the real estate market,, there were some outstanding attributes that were displayed by both Bryan and Leslie. They were extremely courteous,, professional,, comforting,, encouraging,, persistent and very,, very easy to deal and communicate with. They are really dedicated to being Realtors and working for you as a client. As a business owner,, this was very important to me. I would highly recommend Bryan and Leslie with absolutely no reservations. My wife and I were both happy at the great price and closing of the condo,, but also sad that we will not have any more listings for Bryan and Leslie to work with. We enjoyed them that much. Although we live in a world where expletives are over utilitzed,, when asked to describe my recent experience with Leslie Perrin and Bryan Francher,, I am at a loss as to choose any word other than "outstanding." Originally,, I had engaged the services of another Realtor to sell my home in Uptown New Orleans. After one and a half years of little activity,, I moved the listing to The Francher-Perrin Group,, having known Leslie Perrin for many years. With the assistance of her partner,, Bryan Francher,, Leslie approached the sale of my home aggressively and methodically,, and with immediate results. At our very first meeting,, I could tell she had already performed a background analysis of the area and my home,, and was able to present to me immediately a reasonable structure regarding the asking price,, and also brought in assistance to help stage and present my home in a manner conducive for sale. There were some ups and downs and some very trying moments with the sale of my house,, none of which were caused by Leslie or Bryan,, and were beyond their control,, and in some cases,, even the reasonable anticipation of anyone; however,, Leslie and Bryan dealt with these adversities with calm professionalism. Aside from their experience and knowledge regarding the pricing and sale of my home,, I was most impressed with their commitment to follow-through at all stages of the process; from the initial listing through the closing of the sale,, as well as all aspects of the acquisition of my new home. As a Certified Public Accountant,, I am well-experienced in business acquisitions,, however,, I could not have successfully traversed the difficulties and uncertainties of marketing and selling one house,, while simultaneously purchasing and procuring financing of another,, without Leslie and Bryan. Their assistance was well above what I had expected. Without hesitation,, I do wholeheartedly recommend The Francher-Perrin Group to anyone involved with real estate sales or acquisitions in the New Orleans area,, and will pass the good word about Leslie and Bryan to my friends,, colleagues and associates.
It is obvious from working with Leslie that,, for her,, real estate is not only a career but also a passion. She was extraordinarily helpful with our recent house purchase. Her expertise and advice made what might have been a difficult experience a breeze. She and her team have guided (us) with a pre-Katrina house purchase,, and she was also just as great with helping a friend find a house that he is still is still so very happy in. It is a pleasure knowing that all the i's are dotted and t's are crossed. There is no need to worry that something will be left to chance: Leslie is in full command.
