I have known Andrew for 10 years but 5 years ago when we wanted to sell our home in Lincoln Park I turned to Andrew for guidance because the market was still not doing well. The manner in which Andrew Northrup took on the opportunity / task of selling our home was certainly as if he owned the home himself. He committed extra time and research for us to be fully aware of the current market, both for sales and dollar value, in our area. With his assist, we were able to price the property at a level that brought us a very good return and yet at a value that resulted in it being sold within 60 days from list. I feel it was Andrew's awesome attention to how the home was touched up and furniture re-arranged that made it look totally ready for the new owner to move in and be fully there the day of closing.
