Steve is hands-down the best landlord I have had the pleasure of renting from in the city of Burlington, (and I've had over half a dozen during the past 8 years!) In a town full of cheap, under-maintained apartments rented by profit-driven property management companies, Steve is an honest, personable, and attentive landlord, who not only provides wonderful living spaces for his tenants, but goes above and beyond to respond to any matters that require his attention. I truly felt at home during the time I rented from Steve, and not like a temporary resident. I felt comfortable knowing that he was only a phone call away if anything should ever come up, and always enjoyed seeing him around the property as he always had a smile on his face. If only all landlords/property managers were like Steve Lipkin, the frustrations associated with renting simply wouldn't exist.

Steve Lipkin handled the sale of my out of state multi-unit property. I was extremely impressed with Steve's expertise with not only the normal aspects of selling a home, he also helped me greatly to address a number of issues which without his assistance probably would've ended the sale. Steve worked with zoning, codes enforcement, and the fire safety to correct a number of issues in order for the buyers to remain interested in the property. In addition, he was able to line up people to remove a large amount of unwanted items from the garage, and another contractor to fix some things. I feel he really went above and beyond to help with items, and it also speaks to his resourcefulness in having the capabilities to handle complex and difficult properties. He was very responsive, and always called me right back if unavailable at the time I would call. Lastly, and most importantly, I truly feel he was able to negotiate the best possible selling price for my property. He really fought hard to secure a price that I think was fair and realistic.
