Eric Thrasher did an excellent job selling our home. We met him a year earlier and he gave us his advice on the upgrades necessary to sell our 20 year home. We sold our house for more money than other veteran realtors said was even possible. At first we were skeptical that we could sell it at his suggested asking price, which was well over neighbor comps. However, our large wooded lot was unique and once the foliage leafed out, we sold our house above even our high asking price. There were some bumps along the way, but Eric and his team guided us through every step and these things were handled efficiently and promptly.
