Eric was incredibly helpful. When we saw the listing for our home, we expressed interest and within an hour we were set to have a private walk through. After viewing the house Eric explained the local market was so fierce that we would need to put in an offer within an hour. Counseling us on what a good and fair offer would be. He was able to draw up the contact in less then ten minutes. He was absolutely correct. Eric called us at 7pm that same evening to let us know we won the bid war by a very slim margin. Eric’s knowledge of the local market allowed us to secure our home at the perfect price.
