We used Eric sort of by proxy, as we were independently looking at homes and he was the listing agent for the home we purchased. He immediately stepped up when we randomly called wanting to look at the house. Made the time, showed us, and kept it low pressure the entire time (it helped we fell in love with the home). He let us cool for a couple of days after we saw the house but knew we were interested. We called back and told him we wanted to see it again, and talked some numbers, he had been doing leg work with his sellers seeing if there was a middle ground. Little did we know he had already worked up the potential contract paperwork based off both parties numbers as a just in case we made the offer. We did and it went through wonderfully. Super heads up maneuver on his part. Eric is a VERY solid communicator without the pushy salesman side you see ever too often anymore. He's extremely tenacious and meticulous with his work, and has an uncanny knack to feel you out as a potential buyer. He even follows up a few times after closing to ensure everything is good to go and you're happy. I have and will continue to recommend Eric to my friends and co-workers who are looking to sell or buy.
