Marian was the most patient person to work with. I sold my house in Washington and called Marian to start looking in Oregon. Mom and I were moving on a new adventure, but mom had a health emergency and had go to a nursing home. Change of plans, after we had already started a purchase. Marian never complained, rolled her eyes, or lost her temper. We looked at houses and acreage in all states of repair and dis-repair until I found the one that 'spoke' to me. I cannot thank Marian enough for helping us find the house of our dreams. Throughout the shopping experience, she was attentive to our needs, wants and desires. She was good at finding properties that were always close to our criteria as possible. She was pleasant and made house hunting a fun event. She and her office were thorough and efficient in getting inspections scheduled and reporting the results. She was good at interpreting the results of these inspections when we were not sure.
