Hi there…I’m Lauri Gibson. I have been working with home buyers & sellers in Redding and the surrounding areas in Shasta and Tehama County, since 2006. I’ve been totally obsessed with real estate since my husband and I sold our home in Palo Cedro. We had our house on the market for over 6 months without getting any offers. Talk about disappointing! During that time I started watching HGTV and couldn’t get enough of the fixer upper type shows. These type of shows were a new thing back then and they made me realize how important the presentation of our home could be to potential home buyers. So we took our house off the market, did some updating, fixing, and staging, re-listed the house and sold it in one day! Shortly after completing our move into our new home I decided it was time to put my new found love of all things real estate into a career and got my real estate license. I have found real estate to be a fascinating and humbling profession. Being a Realtor is a responsibility I don't take lightly. It is a privilege to guide people through one of the biggest financial & emotional undertakings of their lives. Buying or selling a home is about more than just a real estate transaction, it's about people, family, and community.
