Bob Bittelari was literally a DREAM  for me in the sale of my house in Arlington!!!! He exceeded my expectations in every way. He is a consummate professional.I made a quick decision to sell my home of 30 years. He provided an excellent market analysis and I was very confident in the strategy he presented. With his help, I got my house ready to be listed in 2 1/2 weeks!! He provided the referrals to everyone I needed - the staging consultant, painter, junk hauling service, landscaper and cleaning service. Just 4 days after the first showing, the house was under contract at over the asking price! That was impressive!!!! What I appreciated even more was the way he supported me when the closing got delayed. Because of COVID, the probate court was closed and a document needed to clear the title was only available for delivery by mail. Bob  checked on my house for two months after I moved out of state to make sure the heat was on and everything was okay. He encouraged me to keep my spirits up while I was wondering if the closing was ever going to happen. And Bob negotiated with the mortgage lender to reduce the fee I paid to extend the rate lock on the buyer’s mortgage. I literally don’t know how I would have tolerated all that uncertainty and worry if I hadn’t had people I trusted to take care of my house during that delay. Thankfully, it all came together and I couldn’t be more grateful to him for the successful sale of my home!!!!
