I would like to say thank you for all you have done. As a first time home buyer I would like to let people know. It may be the first time for you but not for Michelle and her Guild family. Let them help you. You may not be able get a loan today but they will help you reach your goal to attain one In the future. Don’t think just because you where not approve today that that mean no forever it just no for today. If you work hard and are willing to put in the hard work and get people that know what they’re doing it could be a big YES! In the future.
