Christine is the best!! I originally contacted her because she had a listing on Marco Island that I wanted to buy. I checked her credentials and found she has 30+ years experience as a realtor and resident on Marco Island. Christine gave us excellent advice. She is an expert in the local market. We made offers on several condos and she advised us we needed to offer more each time which was perfect advice - unfortunately I didn't listen and the market continued to go up and I still didn't have a condo.
