I know JJ both as a customer who was going to potentially rent a residence and as a friend. He really is about what he says and always is about putting your family first. I began working with JJ back in 2010 when I first expressed interest in buying a house. He took me to a couple houses which were very nice but I was getting married at the time, and decided to hold off until I had enough money saved a up again for a down payment. Well, after I got married and had a son, I met back up with JJ earlier this year. JJ took the time to meet with my father and I to discuss my price range, preferences, and everything else. From there we spent 3 months looking at houses. I am very specific and picky when it comes to all the details that come along with buying a house. What also should be kept in mind is I was looking for a house under 100k, so I really didn't have room to be picky. Nevertheless, JJ conintued to search and look with me for that special house. I even recall a time when it was getting close to the end of the lease on my apartment, and JJ offered to continue looking for houses with me even though he already had an important family event out of town. When it came down to the negotiation, he fought tooth and nail for me to get what I feel is a great price on my home. JJ works from dusk until dawn for his clients. I know this because he would send me emails at 5:00 or 6:00 in the morning, and take my calls at 8 or 9:00 at night My experience with JJ was beyond what I expected from any realtor, and I would highly reccomend him. Should I need to sell or buy a house in the future I will look no further.
