I just wanted to take a minute to tell you about how amazing my realtor was. I’ve known Lauren for almost 3-4 years now. She’s a client of mine. I handle all of her head shots for the new agents she hires. After seeing what a wonderful person she was and getting a feeling for her work ethic, I made her a promise a year or so ago that when I sold she’ll be my realtor. I was that impressed in the few times we chatted and saw each other. I’m 3 days past the sale of my house and I’ve had a few days to reflect on this process that we started on Feb 22, 2021, the day I let Lauren know I was ready to sell. It’s been a tremendously stressful process full getting so much prep work done, and navigating an intense rental market that sees houses last no longer than a day and 4 bedroom houses under $2k a month scarce. Every step of the way Lauren was there helping me with every facet of the sale. Even the rental side that she had zero obligation to help with. Not even to mention, that with Lauren’s research, knowledge and connections in the business, I ended up selling my house for $2k (6k over list minus repair concessions) over what I listed and in 2 days. The most expensive house in the neighborhood prior to mine that sold a couple months before, went for $15k less and it was almost 200sqft bigger. Final words: if you’re looking to buy or sell a house and you’re looking for someone who not only will help you sell your house, but be there for you every step of the way. No matter if it’s 8pm on a Thursday or 2pm on a Sunday. As she says “I’m always working”. 🤣 I cannot recommend her strong enough. If you’re looking to buy or sell, make sure Lauren is on your list of realtors to talk to. You will not be upset 😁
