Alex was great! The only issue I had was with Carma for communication. At one point she said there was something on my credit that wasn’t actually there and then took awhile to clear it up, delaying our loan. Every time I called Alex he was knowledgeable and answered my questions well. Overall this was a great company to work with

Alexander did a great job of communicating with me. However, CMG dropped the ball when it came to underwriting and closing the loan. We were suppose to close on December 18th, but everything was late due to issues with CMG. This was supposed to be a SIMPLE refinance with a minimum of paperwork, but I had to provide a LOT MORE information than I expected including HOA information. This was very frustrating.
