Mike and his staff are highly experienced in the business and they were extremely responsive and were able to get things done on a quick turnaround. Mike was upfront on all costs and everything came in exactly as expected (but lower!). I certainly do not believe that we would have gotten such a level of honesty and service from a national lender. The people we bought the home from made the mistake of going with a national lender on their new home loan and they ended up having to bring more money to their closing. After seeing their experience, I can help but believe Mike helped us avoid the bait and switch and questionable lending practices.
